This packet helps you to see a trial from the perspective of both a juror, and a lawyer screening potential jurors.
For the activity at the end, imagine that you’re an attorney screening the jurors for the case presented. Why would each be acceptable or unacceptable? For jurors 13-15, create your own “dream jurors” who’d be perfect for the defense, the prosecution, or both.
