Microsoft Photo Story is like Movie Maker, but it works only with digital photos. Fantastic for school projects, Photo Story lets you add motion to your still images, plus you can drop in music and narration. And it’s free. Download it here.
If you have a Mac, you surely have iMovie.
If you have none of these programs, no money to spend, and you want to make movies, try the Open Source Alternative.
