Many times in class, you’ll be given the option to submit your work digitally.  This may be a file on a CD or flash drive, something you e-mailed to me as an attachment, saved to the class folder on the global drive, or created on the class wiki, Glogster, or your own web space.

If you completed the assignment digitally and want credit, you must complete and submit this form.

At some point during the year, I may switch this, too, to a digital process. For now, we’ll use this form.
